Daisy and I just had perhaps the best walk ever. She did super well with sticking with me!!! We walked past a cat with a 90% pass; people walking in a group 85%; a skunk she didn't even notice 100%; 2 ladies walking 65% needs some improvement, overall success being seen. At the end I really tried to keep a faster pace not only for her but for me. I got my heart elevated, had a bit of sweat going and it felt really good to move my body like that. I tried to focus on tuning into my core and muscles because my back was hurting and I feel that helped a lot.

Daisy is also OUT right now - I will attach a photo but she's pooped out and that feels like the biggest success of them all. I really foresee her being a dog who loves running & with running we could see some solid reactivity improvement! Plus I've had the idea of running on my mind for a while now. I think it would be really good for me. It's essentially free (with fun accessories too hehe) and I think it would be a really good way for Daisy and I to connect, helping me reconnect with fitness in a healthy way and hopefully improve my overall feel in my body. (I hurt).

I think if I start with walking for now and try to get that into a routine, then I can work my way there. AND note to self, crocs are NOT the shoe of the hot girl walk routine.
